Getting really grounded in your home life is essential for you starting on Thursday and moving into the weekend. Starting and finishing projects of all kinds around the home are highly favorable for you. In fact, beyond favorable, you need it. You can’t put it off any longer. Whether it’s new pipes, a new roof, or foundation don’t put it off any longer. Domestic concerns could really be a drag on your energy, especially as it relates to your work. But you can’t take that energy and channel it into your work, because it just won’t work. Take care of the home front and deal with the details and small stuff. Pluto is about to settle into your house of secrets for the next 16 years, linking you up with the cosmos in such way that you even by your own quirky standards, your would is going to get very strange. At first, you’ll find it slightly unsettling as Pluto in Capricorn can manifest in authority, usually an anathema to you. When it manifest through the 12th house it does so, often out of the blue, like something happens “to you” so be prepared for the external manifestations of internal power struggles. What you’ll be learning quite simply, is just how powerful you are, once you submit to your own inner authority, the part of you that knows without a shadow of a doubt what is right for you. Pluto is going to help you get very, very clear on that concept. You’ll discard old notions of authority in the process and with it your relationship with rebellion will also transform.

There might be some things from your past and personal legacy, which you rejected many years ago out of spite that will return to you with new and greater appreciation. With the Saturn/Uranus opposition, you’re being called upon to show much greater restraint with your personal finances or simply let them go. Moral outrage seems to be the order of the day with this full moon and you are on the front lines, along with Leo to get your message out and off your chest. The water bearers of the world have had just about enough and they are ready to pop. The higher laws of equality and fairness are paramount for you as you have access to the big picture, but this is truly potentiated with the active presence of the other. In the alchemical tradition, the alchemical bride is the inner wedding of opposites, closing the loop of duality within and without. Your higher ideals and aspirations are met with equal appreciation this month by like-minded souls. No other Aquarian exemplifies this better than Sarah Pallin, the presumptive candidate for vice president of The Republican Party. Literally falling into the mainstream, out of the wilderness, her conservative yet at times, breathtakingly progressive values will find a surprisingly willing and wide audience. While she is staunchly conservative on the right to life, her views on ecology and energy resources are very refreshing, coming from a party that seems to have long ago viewed Earth as way station for profit and gain. There’s something of the anarchist in all Aquarians, just ask Johnny Rotten and Axl Rose and Ms. Pallin is not immune to an occasionally radical stance, it’s just that this time, this year, this moment, there are a lot of people willing to listen, learn and even embrace such characteristics. Her mission is also yours in some way: take your vision to the next level and prepare to be blown away by how many others feel the same.

Everybody’s got to go crazy sometime and guess whose turn it is this month? Yup, you guessed it. Your ticket is punched. That’s ok; you have our permission to go over the edge, as long as you don’t hurt yourself or anyone else in the process. Your head is high in the sky and your ability to be loving and detached is unparalleled, however, with Leo stationed directly opposite the moon in your first house, you may want to follow the beat of a different drummer, but others, more likely one specific other wants to come along. When Leo settles into your seventh house, it’s serious stuff, because we know how independent and aloof the water bearer can be. This Friday, your heart can open like a lotus blossom and the type of love that most folks experience, you know that maudlin, sticky-sweet-goo, yeah that love, well I hate to say it, but even you are not immune. I am reminded of an old episode of Star Trek where Spock is on a planet full of hippies that have had their heart opened by a potent flower that seems to be a vegetal version of ecstasy. He gets hit with a blast of the flowers’ powers and starts to hug and kiss and sing and look longingly into his alien lovers eyes. This is your script for early August. This is not an easy moon for you. The normally fluid and flexible water bearer is forced to deal with internal blocks and an overall inability to get to the heart of emotion and feeling. There is a rune called “Isa” which symbolizes this condition. The image is that of a frozen pond. Your internal freeze is simply calling you to crack the ice, break through and submerge into the bracing waters of awakening to spirit. You have a tremendous opportunity to connect with a source of love and wisdom that will help inform you of deeper level to your purpose. But it will take some work on your part, an active meditation of some sort that tires the mind and shatters your conditioning. A level of submission is critical. But giving in is not giving up.

For any water-bearers that are interested or actively involved in the healing arts, July promises to be a breakthrough month as the energy is ripe for discovery and innovation in those fields. The normally eccentric and objective Aquarian is moved by empathy and feeling, allowing them to go deeper in their discoveries of new modalities, connecting the heart with the mind and making the connection between healing and the power of faith. This is a great time for you to promote and espouse your highest goals, dreams and wishes when it comes to such trivial matters like world peace, the end of hunger, etc. You are locked in right now by what is true and others know it. Aquarian parents are challenged right now, especially if you have teens. You are usually live and let live, but now is a time where you need to play “little brother” and have some insight into the lives of your children online and with their cell phones. You may not even have to lift a finger as their secret revelations will come to the forefront in the form of a bill or some other outside source which will give you a look into their virtual lives. If it happens, be concerned and ask questions, don’t preach, but don’t be a pushover either. You need to set boundaries that are healthy for everyone. Single water-bearers need to be aware of being deceived in romance as prince or princess charming isn’t what they appear to be. With Neptune moving backwards in your house of identity, you’re moving through a maze of mirrors where you see your reflection everywhere and yet none of it seems to be leading you anywhere. There’s a scene in “Enter The Dragon” with Bruce Lee where he has a similar experience. His solution? Shatter the mirrors. You’ll be asked to do something similar in your own way in June. Power struggle and the need to strike out on your own, marked by originality of expression are your themes this month. You’re in no mood to be trifled with when it comes to relationships. While you can be blissfully self-involved and at times sweetly detached with an eccentric charm, May forces you to deal with yours and your partners demands in relationship. Never one to be forceful with a live and let live mindset you and your partner have some pretty good ideas about how you want your relationship to look like. The problem is that they both look pretty different to each of you. While the idea and ideal of group consciousness is what drives you, the desire to be in charge or someone else’s desire to be in charge of you is very strong at this time. One way or another, you’ll have confront concepts of leadership in relationship and who gets to cook and who gets to clean. While the alpha dance is taking place for you in relationship, you get clues as why you’re here and your next level of your mission. You’ve got a lot to say. Well, go ahead and enlighten the rest of us. I’m talking light speed here Aquarius. Upgrade all forms of communication right now. Dump the dial up and go DSL or cable. Look into smart phones and in some cases, smart drugs. Check into botanicals like Ginkgo Biloba, Phosphedytal Choline, GABA and even some supplements at the far end of the brain-booster world. At the very least, increase your intake of fish oils, because you’re going to need all of the essential elements to keep your brain at peak performing levels throughout April. You’ll also get zapped with inspiration when you least expect it, so keep a notebook or tape recorder handy, especially as the full moon approaches on the 13th. You’ll be wide open to the higher realms of inspiration. I’d suggest that you take a magical approach and put out an extra place setting for an uninvited dinner guest on the 13th and see who shows up at front door of your upper room. You might be very surprised at the results. I’m speaking metaphorically here, dear water bearer…or am I?

Everyone is calling you to put out fires at work. You’re indispensable and yet you can’t be everywhere at once, especially while you value serenity and alone time in March. Don’t worry, you’ll get your share that in the years to come with Pluto slumbering in your house of the spirit, but for now, hold your tongue and keep your anger in check while you put on your fireman’s hat and douse the workplace with ingenious solutions that benefit everyone, while cooling them down.

Humankind will have to live together in new and different ways in order to sustain culture and further the pursuit of life on Earth.
