There comes a time in some of our lives when we have to make ethical choices in our careers. Is what we are doing for money and self-actualization aligned with who we really are? Is the gap between our inner selves and our career selves getting wider to the point where we are getting perilously close to being cognitively dissonant? This full moon cycle is a major moment for you in terms of how healthy the relationship is between your soul and the corporate soul. Are you doing work that is getting dangerously close to standards that you do not agree with? This is important to ask and to know, because it doesn’t just affect you; it affects all of us in some way shape or form. Maybe you’re working on some vaccine that hasn’t been thoroughly tested and is about to get released or maybe you see the product cycle as being increasingly obsolescent or maybe you just don’t like the way the company is treating it’s employees. You need to take some sort of a stand, because your actions affect the rest of us in ways that we cannot calculate, even if they seem mundane. Do the right thing.
