You and cancer share a similar path on this full moon and while Cancer’s mission is to explore their legacy in the most cosmic proportion that they can achieve, yours is much more personal, especially when it comes to mothers and the concept of mother for you. This is not the easiest of full moons as you bristle against others expectations and wishes. You might even be forced into service this weekend to deal with your own or someone else’s mother. I have one word for you, “detachment.” You can step back and realize, that while unresolved issues regarding mothers, including guilt and abandonment, might trigger you you have the unique opportunity to heal these rifts as well through the conscious application of compassion and forgiveness.
