Write, write and write some more. If I were you, I would lock myself up in a cheap, yet tidy little motel with my computer for the next seven days and bang out the most salacious and saucy romance novel that I could. Channel the muse of Jacquelyn Suzanne and knock out that dime store novella you’ve always wanted to do. Not literary you say? Okay, then go ahead and live it out, but make it big though. Big lust, big betrayal, sibling rivalry, outrageous entitlement, eye-popping gossip, you name it. But take notes though, because even if you may not fancy yourself a writer, there will be tests in the days and weeks ahead, and I mean both literal and metaphoric ones. Go ahead, live out the drama, but be prepared to understand and reflect upon what it all means by months end. Have no fear though as this is a perfect arrangement for you. Be the star in your own production, then the shrink that gets to analyze its psyche.
