This is not an easy moon for you. The normally fluid and flexible water bearer is forced to deal with internal blocks and an overall inability to get to the heart of emotion and feeling. There is a rune called “Isa” which symbolizes this condition. The image is that of a frozen pond. Your internal freeze is simply calling you to crack the ice, break through and submerge into the bracing waters of awakening to spirit. You have a tremendous opportunity to connect with a source of love and wisdom that will help inform you of deeper level to your purpose. But it will take some work on your part, an active meditation of some sort that tires the mind and shatters your conditioning. A level of submission is critical. But giving in is not giving up.
